Elevating the retail experience

We worked with Sky to rethink how the brand connects with shoppers in mall environments, creating an immersive customer journey that showcases every product. The result is a flexible, modular design that strengthens Sky’s presence and delivers a consistent, premium retail experience across all mall formats.
The Problem
We were appointed to develop a new customer experience for Sky. Working collaboratively with the retail, marketing, and brand teams within Sky we created a new customer journey and way of selling Sky within a shopping centre environment.
The Solution
The brief required demonstrations of all Sky products as well as the provision of fully immersive experience zones. Key to the solution was a neutral, transparent architecture that allowed for the expression of the brand through its colour spectrum and for the promotion of content on a range of devices.
The Result
The flexible, modular design allows for a consistent brand and retail experience to be delivered across all mall types and formats. The result is a stunningly impactful piece of architecture that elevates the brand’s position and expertly showcases the experiences that it offers.
